POWDERED EGG SHELLS
As I am getting older I was looking for recipes for natural calcium replacement that would be easy to absorb. I use a ton of eggs in my baking and so now I save the shells and powder them and mix this powder into my tea.
I am highly sensitive to things that are not naturally derived. So now I make my own. These powdered egg shells are easy to make. And so healthy for you. I also use them for plant food!
I use the whole egg. I go through a lot of eggs baking. Egg shells are a great source of calcium and other things so I started saving them. I use the whole egg nowt from shell to yolk to white!
